When student enroll in university courses, they carefully choose the subjects that they want to cover, and for students in linguistics or economics the international negotiations in finance is one of the most interesting discipline. Even though economic activity has only been used as an example over the last few decades, recently more colleges and universities include cross-cultural economic discourse in their curricula as an individual major. The model presented here argues that intercultural, business, and communication strategies that are part of intercultural business communication. In order to talk about multicultural economic activity, points out Mario Blanco, an academician at the College of Humanities in Perugia, we need at least four major conditions. This is the fundamental argument in this article. The separate entries of cross-culture, commerce and interaction determine what the nature of cross-cultural commercial interaction will be. As the world of finance, though strictly about money, is viewed differently everywhere, the discourse in which the participants are placed is very specific. This is why it is a discipline that should be discussed separately from economic activity, cross-cultural discourse or global trade. The label foreign commercial negotiations was avoided by some scholars like the French Anatoly Petrenko, whose work was translated into some European languages by a French Translator staffing firm business, and it proved that he was not well aware of the specificities the term implied so he used instead foreign trade talks as the exact translation from French states. As many of the internationally renowned specialists in commerce and communication have limited their research to communicative activities like sending and receiving messages, taking part in video conferences, etc., they pay little attention to the economic side of the problem. In the 45 International Conference on Business Studies, Half Haideb of Oman, gave a presentation on selection of successful candidates from foreign countries. In conclusion, it may be pointed out that scholarship in international trade does not take into account interaction and vice versa, international interaction does not look into the business aspect of communication.
